Dentist refurbishment proves a hit with baby Orla
At just 14 weeks old baby Orla is the youngest recruit at the newly refurbished Church Road Dental Practice in Bebington.
The practice, located opposite Church Road Medical Centre, serves ten thousand local residents and has gone through a total transformation.
The equipment and surgeries have been upgraded and re-designed to adhere to all the latest health and safety legislation.
Dentist James Ashley, said: “We are really pleased with the end result here in Bebington - it’s a real improvement for our patients. It was good to see baby Orla visiting us for the first time. It’s so important to encourage the young ones to come along and become familiar with their dentist and surroundings.
“It can sometimes be a bit daunting for young people and this is why we are keen to familiarize them so that as they get older they will become more confident and come along for regular check-ups.
“We advocate that prevention is better than cure and would always encourage all young people to visit their dentist regularly - this is usually between once or twice a year, so that we can ensure their teeth and gums are as strong and healthy as possible.”
